Three Marbles gives high school athletes a trusted, experienced coach to work through pressure, mistakes, injury setbacks, and big decisions—so they can compete with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
For athletes under 18, a parent/guardian must book.
The name comes from a simple habit built over nearly fifteen years of coaching.
Three marbles, kept in one pocket. Every time an athlete earned real, specific recognition — not empty praise, but something true and worth naming — one marble moved to the other pocket. Nothing critical got said until all three had made the move.
It wasn't a gimmick. It was a discipline. A way to make sure trust was in place before anything hard got said.
That's how feedback actually gets heard — and how athletes who are struggling under pressure find their way back to playing with confidence instead of fear.
College athletes are welcome when the fit is right. Most clients are high school athletes, ages 14–18.

Andrew Smith holds a Master's degree in Positive Coaching from the University of Missouri and has spent nearly fifteen years coaching high school athletes — including serving as head coach at his alma mater since 2020.
His approach is built on championship-caliber standards paired with a coaching style rooted in earned trust rather than pressure. He's worked with athletes navigating recruiting stress, injury comebacks, performance slumps, and the everyday weight of trying to be great at something in front of people who are watching.
